I am a new Wietzes customer and this past visit was my second. Both times I was very happy and felt personally looked after, especially by your excellent service adviser, Steven Winchur. The fact that he remembered me on the second visit, and why I had brought my car in for service, indicated I was more than a number. The two shuttle rides I had – one with Joe and one with Paul – were a pleasure. I had good, friendly company but with both being careful and attentive to their driving. It is important to me, also, that the time frame for my appointment length was indicated readily and, as it turned out, very accurately. Anyway, the whole experience has been great and my only regret is that I spent two years going to another Toyota dealer for service.
